We have an immediate requirement for an intermediate web designer with real business experience, creativity and energy to join our team to contribute a variety of captivating e-business solutions.
- Permanent position for a front-end designer who will be involved from the discovery phase to project completion.
- Gather customer requirements and prepare creative briefs,
- Consult with clients to develop and document web site requirements
- Prepare mock-ups and storyboards
- Create and craft professional clear and usable web presence for a variety of functions and applications,
- Work with development team as to functionality integration,
- Fluent in common Web and design software tools including
Microsoft, Adobe and Macromedia suites
2-4 year community college diploma or university degree in graphic design/web design; but demonstrated background acceptable, In-depth knowledge & hands on experience in IA design, usability, colour theory, CSS and graphic design but primarily web-page design software expertise is mandatory; Dreamweaver, Frontpage/Expression, Photoshop and Flash.
Candidate must have an attention for detail and exceptional communications skills along with the ability to work independently. French an asset.
