Is your e-mail inbox so full you can't make any sense of it? Here's how to
get on track and manage your messages
It adds up quickly. The message from so-and-so has a phone number you
can't be bothered to write down, another message has instructions for a
project. And of course, you can't erase the message from your friend Bob
because it was so funny.
Before you know it, it takes five minutes to scroll down to the bottom of
your inbox. And, right at the bottom, is a message from an important
client requesting a follow-up — two weeks ago.
