We often get inquiries or requests to add or modify our customers email accounts...and occasionally to create auto responders. If you have access to administer your own email then this can all be accomplished with some simple steps.
To add/delete and modify your email accounts and email account feature login here:
https://netfinity.dreamstudio9.com:8443/login.php3 (this only applies if you are hosting your email on or web server with PLESK).

Please note your login & password has been supplied when you originally setup your account with us.

To setup and configure the autoresponder:
1. Login to your PLESK  account and select the MAIL icon
2. then select the email name you want to add/edit the autoresponder i.e.. myname@yourdomainname.com
3. select ADD NEW Autoresponder
4, then fill in the form and select OK
5. Then select ENABLE autoresponder

You should then do a test just to make sure its working properly. Call us if you have any questions or have lost your access codes.
