<p data-pasted="true">Inorbital is looking for a Website Content Administrator to help keep websites accurate, polished, and up to date. This role is a strong fit for someone who is highly organized, detail-driven, and comfortable working inside a CMS to manage digital content with care and consistency.</p><p>You will be responsible for publishing, updating, and maintaining website content across client and internal websites. That includes formatting pages, uploading assets, reviewing presentation across devices, and helping ensure content is clear, accessible, and aligned with brand and editorial standards. You will work closely with project managers, designers, developers, marketers, and stakeholders to support smooth content operations and a high-quality web experience.</p><h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2><ul><li>Publish and update website content including pages, posts, landing pages, case studies, news, events, and resource content.</li><li>Format and maintain content in the CMS, including text, images, documents, links, metadata, and reusable content blocks.</li><li>Review pages for quality and consistency, including layout, spacing, formatting, broken links, and mobile presentation.</li><li>Help ensure content follows best practices for accessibility, readability, SEO, and brand consistency.</li><li>Maintain page structure and content organization, including navigation items, media libraries, categories, tags, and archives.</li><li>Support content population for new sections, campaigns, launches, and ongoing site improvements.</li><li>Work with internal teams and stakeholders to implement approved content updates accurately and on schedule.</li><li>Perform content QA before and after publishing to ensure pages display properly and function as intended.</li><li>Identify outdated or inconsistent content and help keep websites current and well maintained.</li><li>Contribute to content standards, workflows, and documentation that improve efficiency and consistency over time.</li></ul><h2><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h2><ul><li>Experience working in a content management system such as Kentico, Xperience by Kentico, WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, or a similar platform.</li><li>Strong attention to detail with a high standard for quality, presentation, and accuracy.</li><li>Solid writing, editing, and proofreading skills.</li><li>Good understanding of web content structure, formatting, and digital publishing workflows.</li><li>Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for light formatting and troubleshooting.</li><li>Familiarity with SEO basics including metadata, heading structure, internal linking, and image optimization.</li><li>Understanding of accessibility best practices including alt text, heading hierarchy, and readable content structure.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.</li><li>A collaborative mindset and comfort working with both technical and non-technical team members.</li></ul><h2><strong>Nice to Have</strong></h2><ul><li>Experience with Kentico CMS or Xperience by Kentico.</li><li>Experience supporting association, nonprofit, higher education, or enterprise websites.</li><li>Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar reporting tools.</li><li>Experience with bilingual or multilingual websites.</li><li>Basic image editing and file optimization skills.</li></ul><h2><strong>Why Inorbital</strong></h2><p>Inorbital creates strategic, user-focused digital experiences for organizations that expect more from their websites. <p>Inorbital is currently hiring a keen and talented .NET Full-Stack Web Developer. We have some great new projects lined up and are expanding our team to help craft world-class websites.</p><p>As a Full-Stack web developer you will be working alongside the Project Manager, User Experience Designer, and other Developers to ensure all elements of our solutions are to the high standards our clients expect.</p><h2>Required Skills:</h2><ul><li>At least 2 years experience in creating lean and light font-end code. </li><li>Familiarity with modern frameworks and JavaScript libraries. </li><li>At least 2 years experience in .NET development .NET (C#) Core, and Web API.</li><li>High proficiency with Azure Cloud and MS SQL Server.</li><li>Strong debugging skills combined with experience using performance and load testing tools.</li><li>1 year experience working with an off-the-shelf .NET CMS ideally Kentico. </li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to explain the technical to non-technical clients.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a small yet dedicated team.</li><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li></ul><h2>Typical Responsibilities:</h2><ul><li>Role is comprised of approximately 25% Front-end, 25% Back-end, 25% Configuration and 25% Support</li><li>Front-end development - taking design files (Figma) and coding lean HTML/CSS/JavaScript into responsive fast loading and accessible templates. </li><li>Kentico CMS site setup, configuration and extending webparts according to project scope.</li><li>Customizing functionality as needed including Forms, Ecommerce and Membership management.</li><li>Integration with 3rd party systems including single sign-on, forms, payment gateways, or other services via API.</li><li>Setting up MSSQL databases, querying, stored procedures etc.</li><li>Azure Cloud configuration and implementation. </li><li>Supporting and extending existing website projects. </li><li>Always using MSSQL Server and .NET c# and MVC and the latest JavaScript frameworks</li><li>Performance optimization, Testing and Accessibility compliance </li></ul><h2 data-pasted="true"><strong>Why Inorbital</strong></h2><p>Inorbital creates strategic, user-focused digital experiences for organizations that expect more from their websites. WordPress Developers are responsible for ensuring the alignment of web design and user experience requirements, optimizing web pages for maximum efficiency and maintaining brand consistency across all web pages, among other duties.</p><p>WordPress Developers are required to work in teams alongside Back-end Developers, Graphic Designers and User Experience Designers to ensure all elements of web creation are consistent.
